Google Calendar
When you sign up for a free gmail account, you get access to Google Calendar.
With Google Calendar, you can quickly schedule meetings and events and get reminders about upcoming activities, so you always know what’s next. Calendar is designed for teams, so it’s easy to share your schedule with others (like friends and family!) and create multiple calendars that you and your team can use together.
How to access it:
1. Sign into your gmail account.
2. Click on the waffle in the top right-hand corner . It is the tiny arrangement of nine little boxes.
(see Image #1)
3. Click on the "Calendar" Icon
4. You can then Create Events, invite others to those events, edit the description and time of the event and change the view to your liking. You can see a Month, week, or day at a time! (see Image #2)
5. If you download the app on your phone, you can sync your calendar to your phone to get alerts for events.
